In June 2022, I was in Nairobi for a three-day retreat organized by the UN Development Coordination Office, inviting Heads of Resident Coordinator Offices from all over Africa. And let me tell you, it was quite the experience! We had some vibrant discussions about the future roles of these leaders. Mixing both face-to-face and online chats, we explored how to amp up our leadership skills. The whole event got me even more pumped about the SDGs and 2030 Agenda. It's gatherings like these that really drive home how teamwork can make a world of difference in sustainable development.
