In May 2022, I had the privilege of attending the Global Meeting of UN Information Centre Directors in Geneva. Our packed schedule took us from insightful meetings at the Palais des Nations, focusing on the UN's global communication strategies, challenges posed by the war in Ukraine, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19, to networking receptions with key communication heads of various Geneva-based organizations. Memorable moments included our lunch at La Maison de La Paix, a visit to the World Economic Forum, and engaging discussions with my colleagues from around the world. What an enriching experience!
